SUMMARY:Achieving Atraumatic Extractions & Simple Socket Preservation
DESCRIPTION:Achieving Atraumatic Extractions & Simple Socket Preservations Course – This course is a two-day program\, where the attendees will learn atraumatic extraction and simple socket preservation techniques. \nAll licensed U.S. and Canadian dentists will have the opportunity to work on live patients provided by us with supervision by our Amplify faculty for this Achieving Atraumatic Extractions Course. Each dentist can expect to perform at a minimum of ten extractions\, and have the opportunity to do many more if desired\, including full upper and/or lower cases. Most extractions will be difficult extractions\, including broken down or decayed teeth\, providing a great learning experience. \nWe will teach a simple socket preservation technique that all attendees can easily implement into their offices following an atraumatic extraction. \nAchieving Atraumatic Extractions & Simple Socket Preservation – Course Outline \n\n\n\n\nDay 1:\nCLASSROOM\n\n8:30am – 9:00am Registration/Breakfast (provided by Amplify)9:00am – 11:00am Lecture11:00am – 11:15am Break 11:15am – 12:45pm Lecture12:45pm – 1:30pm Lunch (provided by Amplify)1:30pm – 2:30pm Lecture \n2:30pm – 3:30pm Classroom Hands-On Models \n3:30pm – 4:00pm Review\, Q&A & Day 2 Live Patient Overview \nDay 2: \nCLINIC FLOOR \n8:30am – 9:00am Registration/Light Breakfast & Coffee (provided by Amplify)9:00am – 9:30am Live Patient Demonstration of Procedures by Dr. Ara Nazarian9:30am – 9:45am Instruments\, Supplies & Paperwork Overview9:45am – 12:15pm Live Patient Treatment by Course Attendees12:15pm – 12:45pm Lunch (provided by Amplify) \n12:45am – 4:00pm Live Patient Treatment by Course Attendees4:00pm – 4:30pm Classroom Review\, Q&A\, Forms & Evaluations
