Program Description

This intensive three-day clinical program provides dentists with a comprehensive, step-by-step protocol for full-arch implant rehabilitation with immediate loading. Participants will actively perform three full-arch implant cases on live patients under expert supervision, completing the entire workflow from patient evaluation and surgical planning to implant placement and delivery of an immediate provisional prosthesis. The course focuses on prosthetically driven implant placement, anesthesia and sedation considerations, flap design and tissue management, guided versus freehand surgery, and restorative protocols using multi-unit abutments with denture conversion and alignment for immediate fixed restorations.

Course Objective:

Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:

  • Evaluate and select appropriate candidates for full-arch implant rehabilitation using clinical examination, CBCT analysis, and prosthetic treatment planning principles.
  • Develop a comprehensive treatment plan for immediate full-arch rehabilitation, including prosthetically driven implant positioning and implant distribution strategies.
  • Perform full-arch implant surgery using guided and freehand techniques, including anesthesia administration, flap design, bone reduction, and implant placement to achieve primary stability.
  • Select and place multi-unit abutments appropriate for full-arch restorations and immediate loading protocols.
  • Convert and deliver an immediate fixed provisional prosthesis, including denture alignment, prosthetic indexing, and occlusal adjustment.
  • Identify and manage intraoperative and early postoperative considerations and complications associated with full-arch implant surgery and immediate provisionalization.

What the Course Includes:

  • Training conducted at a modern clinical facility equipped with cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) and digital radiography to support comprehensive diagnostics and treatment planning.
